Located 11 miles South of Gatwick and 6 miles North of Haywards Heath, the Mansion's tranquil but easily accessible setting within Wakehurst Place provides an inspiring surrounding for your next corporate event.
For away days and meetings, the Gallery and Dining Room can be setup in a variety of ways to suit your individual requirements and the rooms can be used in conjunction with one another to create a flexible working space.
The Gallery accommodates up to 60 delegates in theatre or 50 cabaret style whilst the Dining Room can accommodate the same amount of delegates in the same setup styles.
Both rooms have natural daylight and our approved AV supplier can help create a bespoke AV package for your presentation or meeting.
A buffet or sit down lunch can be served in either room and the spaces can also be utilised to create break out areas.
Delegates can also take advantage of the Millennium Seed Bank and beautiful Gardens by organising guided tours for an additional fee.
Corporate dinners and celebrations in the Gallery and Dining Room can accommodate up to 120 guests for a standing or seated reception, whilst the Mansion lawn or Hallway are charming spaces to hold pre dinner networking drinks.
Please note that numbers are based on 5'6 ft round tables with a maximum of 10 guests per table. Our resident caterers are able to provide clients with a bespoke menu package to entertain their guests individual requirements whether it range from a working lunch to a formal sit down meal.
