To ensure that your visits to the Gardens are truly enjoyable and you make most of the benefits that your membership offers, we have looked at those issues and queries most frequently raised by our members.

In order to clarify what our members can expect in any eventuality, and have a clear, consistent point of reference on their membership, a new set of guidelines have been introduced.

The Membership Terms and Conditions provide guidance on the benefits and servicing of your membership and, most importantly, ensure consistent treatment of our members
